Soltz Gets His Due
Saw this last night, didn't get to post it until now... Anti-war activist Jon Soltz squared off with retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Robert Patterson on MSNBC's Hardball last night.
Only ThinkProgress can slant it properly:
Right-Winger Accuses Iraq Vet Of ‘Stabbing’ His ‘Fellow Men And Women In Uniform’ In The Back
They sound put off. Here's why:
Patterson claimed that Soltz didn’t know what he was talking about because he “didn’t get the memo” that “we’re fighting al Qaeda in Iraq.”
No shortage of al Qaeda deniers these days. Dr. Sanity explains why.
Gateway Pundit puts it nicely:
"It's hard to take an antiwar activist seriously who still believes that Al-Qaeda is not operating in Iraq."
