Remember Jack Murtha's accusation that U.S. troops were living in palaces in Iraq? His rhetoric undoubtedly brought to mind fat-bellied soldiers, wining and dining on Saddam's stock of wines and finest eats.
Well, as Mario Loyola writes, it isn't the troops who have it good, it's the diplomats.
