Edwards was just trying to top Biden

Salon.com reports that the John Edwards campaign has fired two liberal bloggers it recently hired to cultivate support for his presidency on the Internet. The two women had been exposed by a number of right of center Blogs, such as Little Green footballs, which covers the story here.

The New York Times Blog "The Caucus" weighed in this morning here before the firings were announced... the Times blogger is showing up to the story at least a week late.
