The ACLU must be bored

Al Qaida suspects sue Boeing, with ACLU's help

WASHINGTON — Boeing has been sued by suspected Al Qaida operativestransported by the CIA to Arab countries for interrogation and torture.

and
The suit was filed under the Alien Tort Statute, which permits aliens to bring claims in the United States for alleged violations that involve American citizens or assets. The statute accounts for torture.

Incredible... The ACLU - friend to suspected terrorists.

It is also worth nothing that DailyKos is busy accusing the United States of sponsoring labor abuse regarding the construction of the American Embassy... this despite the fact that U.S. managers were the ones to complain about the abuse by a Kuwaiti firm.

However, the irony escapes DailyKos writers. Is the left not the greatest critics of the dominance by American corporations with regard to Iraqi reconstruction? In this case, a Kuwaiti company got the contract, and egregious labor violations ensued.

Chew on that.
